Users with active subscriptions can cancel using one of the following methods:

Cancel via My Subscription Page:
Navigate to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS page by selecting the Subscription menu option. Locate your active subscriptions and click the CANCEL button under the Action column. Once canceled, you will retain access to the Creator’s Content until the end of the current subscription period. Afterward, no further payments will be processed for that subscription.
Note: You must cancel each subscription individually for every Creator you wish to unsubscribe from.

Fan & Creator Agreement

Introduction

The Standard Contract between Fan and Creator ("this agreement") sets out the terms which govern each transaction between a Fan/Subscriber and a Creator on the www.kinkrr.co platform.

When does this agreement apply?

Each time a Fan/Creator Transaction is initiated on www.kinkrr.co, this Standard Contract between Fan and Creator will apply to the exclusion of any other terms which the Fan or Creator may propose, and this Standard Contract between Fan and Creator will legally bind the Fan and Creator participating in the Fan/Creator Transaction.

Interpretation

In this agreement, defined terms have the following meanings:

www.kinkrr.co: The website accessed via the URL www.kinkrr.co or via any web browser.
Content: Any material uploaded to www.kinkrr.co by any User (whether a Creator or a Fan), including photos, videos, audio, livestream material, data, text, metadata, images, and more.
Creator: A User who has set up their www.kinkrr.co account as a Creator account to post Content.
Fan: A User who follows a Creator and is able to view the Creator's Content.
Fan/Creator Transaction: Any transaction between a Fan and a Creator on www.kinkrr.co, such as Subscriptions, pay-per-view Content, or tips.
Fan Payment: Payments made by a Fan in respect of any Fan/Creator Transaction, including tips.
Subscription: A subscribing Fan's monthly subscription to a Creator's account.

Pricing and Payment

By entering into a Fan/Creator Transaction, the Fan agrees to pay the applicable Fan Payment in accordance with the pricing published in the Creator's account plus any VAT which is applicable. The Fan and Creator authorize www.kinkrr.co to act as a payment intermediary to collect, hold, and process payments.

License of Content

Once the Fan has made the Fan Payment, the Creator grants the Fan a limited license to access the applicable Content. This license is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive, permitting the Fan to access and view the Content on their personal device via a normal web browser.

Ownership of Content

The Fan acknowledges that the license provided does not result in acquiring any rights to the Content, which remain with the Creator. Creators own their content. Fans do not.

Expiry of License and Access

The license granted to a Fan will expire automatically in the following circumstances:

If the Fan Payment is unsuccessful or reversed.
At the end of the subscription period, unless auto-renewed.
If the Fan's account is suspended or terminated.
If the Content is removed by the Creator.
If the Fan closes their account.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Fan acknowledges that the transaction results in the supply of Content before the end of the statutory cancellation period. This agreement does not affect any statutory rights to receive a refund under applicable laws.

Obligations between Creator and Fan

Both parties agree to comply with the www.kinkrr.co Terms of Service. The Fan agrees to make the required payment and not initiate chargebacks unless disputing in good faith. The Creator agrees to make the Content available once payment is received.

No Guarantees

The Fan acknowledges that Creators may add or remove Content at their discretion. Access to Content may also be affected by account suspensions, deletions, or technical issues.

Terms Related to Disputes

This agreement is governed by US law. Claims may be brought in the courts of Fulton County, Atlanta, United States, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancel Subscription: Users with active subscriptions can cancel via the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS page or by contacting CCBill Support.

Refund and Return: All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Silk Circle Ltd, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account.
You are 18 years of age or older, and you are the owner of the documents provided as proof.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Sites for any purpose other than that for which Silk Circle Ltd makes it available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to bypass any measures of the Sites designed to prevent or restrict access.
Impersonating another user or using the username of another user.
Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using bots or scrapers.
